HasGetterAndMutation

The @HasGetterAndMutation decorator can be used on any property and automatically generates the state,getter and mutation named like the property.

export default class TestStore extends VuexModule {
  moduleName = 'test'; 
  @HasGetterAndMutation test = 'test';
}

this is turned into the equivalent
